My name is Nadia Barker and I am a final year undergraduate studying French and Sociolinguistics in Trinity College Dublin. I am emailing you with regards to a study that I am conducting on the prevalence of French-Catalan code switching in the town of Perpignan in France. I have been in contact with Dawn Marley, who wrote the book 'Parler Catalan à Perpignan'.
I have written a survey which aims to understand how often a young Perpignanais might code-switch on a weekly basis, and I was wondering would you be so kind as to share it among your students.
